I have a question !How long is AP STATUS being updated on CEAC website ??

By saying that I mean I know it has to be in AP for several weeks ,months etc. but if the date changes often on CEAC website under AP STATUS ,is it a good sign & if some one know Or have experience to share that normally after how many date changing ..they finally see their status changed from AP to either APPROVED /DENIED ??

Sorry bud, still going thru medical /waiting for interview. But if you search around in other forums on VJ. i am sure you will find something. (keep us posted)

Since u have scheduled ur interview, u might know the answer to this. On the CEAC site, when i look up my case number, it is listed twice in the bottom. One with -01 and the next with -02 and the both say Ready. Is that normal or am i just freackinf out for nothing?

:( no... mine only says -01.

My guess is just as good as anyones here. If you are not travelling with children ...then it might be an indication of RFE you might have sent as an addition to your application. Again I am just speculating. Sorry:( but as long as they show positive status, dont freak out. But calling NVC would help, maybe?

Ok. Thanks for the prompt response. I put my fiance's daughter on the application so maybe the second one is for her but she will not be traveling with him.

The 01 is the beneficiary and the 02 is for a child. You said the child is not traveling but you put her on the application and you paid the fee for her. Is he/she going to follow later?

I listed her on the i129f as my fiance's daughter. I didnt pay for her. She will come later if her mom lets her.

If she is approved with your visa, which I don't see why not, then she has one year to travel on that visa. Good luck.
