It seems that RFE reviews are taking much longer for me. They received my Letter of Intent 9 days ago but I haven't received any news of NOA2 approval yet. Looking through other RFE cases here for July Filers and VJ in general, it seems that applicants with RFE gets approved after 5-7 days. I'm worried. :(

We're also waiting for a response, they received ours on Sept 8, I was hoping to be lucky and still hear something this week, but i guess it will be next week. I hope.

Can you update the forum once you received an approval? Thank you.

This maybe because I am completely loosing it... (I do that occasionally)...BUT...I was tracking my NVC status and its under "IMMIGRANT VISA" but the DS160 link is "Non-immigrant visa"

I was just wondering if calling the NVC is the only way to get your case number? Can you email them too? Is there a way to track you case progress through the NVC and onto the embassy without your case number?

I checked my case status and it says Ready! Is that mean they delivered to my country?

Yes! I have been waiting for mine to show up delivered. My fiancé even called one day & it hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully this week ours will show ready!

As a K1, when checking your case online at CEAC you have to select "immigrant visa" as it is treated like as such even though it is a "non-immigrant visa". Don't ask why, as no one has been able to articulate why?

There are two ways. One is calling NVC and the other is emailing them. Calling is faster and then you can move forward, but you also want something in your hand that shows your "case number" prior to receiving the NOA2.

I checked my case status and it says Ready! Is that mean they delivered to my country?

Yes, your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents.
