HEEEEELP.

My Fiance (the petitioner) needs to send me the original form of I-134 right? And then we do the i-864 later once we are married and are applying for adjustment of status?

Just checking if that is correct as we are really confused at the moment lol.

The answer is yes I-134 is needed. I-864 is for the processing of your AOS after marriage.

Don't let yourself be confused. Go to the official guidelines for the US Embassy in the UK and gather and be prepared with the documents listed there. 99.9% of the time, that is all that is needed. Here is the link:

http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/application_documents.html

Here is what it states from US Embassy UK:

"K and Diversity visa applicants are not required to provide an I-864 Form. However, they must show evidence that they are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. There is no set for that this evidence must take but use of the form I-134 is an efficient way to provide this information to the Consular Officer."

Another place you need to be to get the best answers is in the sub-regional forum for processing through the US Embassy UK and there address here on VJ is:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/

You see, a forum like this one is for initial bonding with others who are along the same timeline as you. Once you get your approval, you should move over to your sub-forum to get a better understanding of the process, and to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to. Someone in this thread here, is applying for various Embassy's and there are different process for each. So what works in Russian, Philippines or UAE may not work for the UK.

Don't pay attention of my timeline it is complicate . I wanna know right now how long take the nvc notice ? My ceac said ready since august 21

Here's the problem with your request. NO ONE can tell you when you will get your notice. PERIOD. Now, having said that I was trying to help you because if I had CURRENT information from your time line then I could compare it easily with other similar timelines and maybe give you a window when you can expect your reply. But since you don't take the time to update your information, and it is not complicated to do, then I sir will reframe from helping. Good luck.
