Hi all,

I mailed my I-129F on 7/6/2015 and received the NOA1 Hardcopy on 7/10/2015.

It's been more than a month already since I received my NOA1 but haven't heard anything yet regarding my NOA2.

I see some folks in this forum got their NOA2 in just a couple of weeks.

I'm getting worried already.

I am sorry to hear that. I am still waiting for mine too. I am sure its around the corner. I wonder if you could call the help line and talk to someone!

I know it's hard not to worry when you keep seeing a trend of people getting their NOA2 quickly, but keep your head up! I agree - maybe you can call the help line and ask about it?

That is all I could come up with. I hope it helps or at least leads you in the right direction. Keep us posted.

Good luck to both of us.

Hi everyone

I called NVC again today and they still have yet to receive my package so it is looking like they are filling up the 35 day waiting period. NVC are apparently moving quite slowly at the moment unfortunately.. so it is looking like the 35 day wait.. I have been told to call at the end of August but I will call again in a weeks time.

Hopefully it'll move faster - but can't rush these things.

Thanks for the update! I guess the CSC flying through July applications doesn't come without a catch...still, better than five months' wait at the TSC. I just keep telling myself that.

We're the same. We got our NOA1 a month ago today and we're still waiting for NOA2. Who knows how they process stuff over there. Seems like a lot of early July people are still waiting.

Just a quick update. I was able to talk to someone at NVC this morning. I was told that my case is being entered into the system, so case number is not available yet.

Mine hasn't got there yet :( What did you ask them when you called? I just asked if they had received our packet yet.... Agh hopefully ours will be there soon - we've got the same NOA2 dates.

Well, certainly not the notification we hoped for but at least this tells us they're at least looking at our case? Just got an update email, and checked the USCIS website, and as of today they've mailed us out an RFE. I'm not really sure what it could be for so I don't know what I need to prepare ahead of time but I'll be checking the mailbox repeatedly until we get it so that we can send out whatever it is they need ASAP.
