I doubt it is anything major to worry about. Looking at the RFE master list a lot of the time the USCIS just want extra clarification on something.

Best of luck to you!

there is a rfe master list ??

I just called the NVC to see if they had received our package and unfortunately nothing yet :( We received our approval notice 30th of July - the representative said that currently the NVC is looking at 35 days rather than two weeks but to try again in a week.. so we're looking at September 3rd. He was very helpful, but he did say that at the moment they're looking at 35 days for almost all cases to reach them and receive a case number.

Hopefully it'll be sooner for us all. But I will try again a week from today :)

All good things take time and it's all for a reason so I am not going to be upset.. We want to get this right, obviously we all do, but it'll be worth the wait for that WONDERFUL day when I walk off the plane and into my fiance's arms knowing we're never to be apart again :D

Yes, that's what they are always telling to the people who wants to get their case numbers. But there are some that they have their case numbers 2 weeks from the day of approval.

Let's be thankful compared to the ones who are under TSC. :)

I got my hardcopy of NAO2 today! It says August 6 for my date. How long does it normally take to get everything done from here? It expires December 5th. I now we have to do packet 3 and then he has to do his medical & interview. It might take 30 days to get our paperwork to NVC.

I am going to start getting stuff together for the I-134 so I should have my paperwork together for packet 3.

Just mailed off my I-134 Affidavit of Support and a new Letter of intent to my Fiance in the Philippines. I used LBC Express to send it, much cheaper than Fedex. $15.95 to send a 1.6 LBS packet of documents. I was just going to send the signed forms and have her print out the rest but it was only $5 more to send the whole packet. FedEx wanted my first born and half my paycheck. :ranting: LBC Express has about 60 USA locations I think, I had one about 30 minutes away so I was lucky. I scan and upload all my documents to a PDF file to Google Drive for my fiance to share. Now the waiting to get the MNL#... Good luck everyone.
