At first, my mom can't pay my IV fee online because of the technical issue that's why we paid through mail though it's much longer than paying online.

Yup. My mom got the confirmation of her payment of IV processing fee and I waited one or two weeks for the website to update my payment status. Fortunately, it just got updated a moment ago. I hope you'll get yours also

I need to check mine. Our fee was paid by mail & they emailed us a receipt. My case has been sent to my embassy because of expedite, but we still have not heard from them. NVC said we might have to do the DS260 there.

Okay, I just went & checked & mine also shows up as paid. I am still not able to do the DS-260. For IV fee it shows paid, the IV application is says not started, but there is nothing to click & the supporting documents thing says N/A, but we already sent all of that in. For those who were able to do it, what did you click? I have tried going to the other page (where you can click for the DS-260), but it keeps looping back to their technical error message & I am on internet explorer. Any ideas?

I clicked on "not started" and it took me to the form. after submitting the forms it says "completed" now. hope it works for you this time. good luck to everyone!

All I did was clicked on where it say not started and it opened. Once your IV status change to paid you should be able to do the application.

Yes!! The website is finally working again! was able to login and pay!

Those who are finally able to see their IV/AOS fees, use Internet Explorer to pay it! I couldnt pay via mozilla firefox!
