I think you must file online. Which the website is http://www.stlukesmedicalcenter.com.ph/home .

The only thing I have read is that the appointment must be made at the main hospital. I don't know how true it is, even there are a few extension branches.

Where you get the Medical Exam is a very small building, It only like for exams for going to USA or Australia and I think they administer TB treatments there also, It not really a hospital

You can show up for medical when you want to, I think you can register before hand, but you show up when you want to for the exam.

I wouldn't go on a Monday or Tuesday, and no need to get their early.

Would be fine to schedule medical exam one week prior to the interview date? Or it should be strictly two weeeks before the interview?

The Embassy website states:

Applicants are advised to have their medical examinations done 5-7 working days prior their interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Manila; failure to complete the exam within the prescribed time frame may result in significant visa processing delays. Applicants are also strongly encouraged to register online with SLMCEC at their website: www.slec.ph prior to their visit. Registering online will save processing time and make the visit to SLMCEC faster and more efficient.

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3218.html

Also, get the Embassy Letter and use it as a checklist for your interview. Do what is on that and you will have no issues processing through the interview.

More details on the process with lots of extras can be found at the website link in my signature block below at the twisting arrow.

Can I say, don't post your question more than once and don't hijack someone else's thread for your answer. You will get the best response posting it on your own and in the Philippines thread, since you are processing through USEM Manila. By posting your question in other topics, you may or may not get the best answer. What works for others in the country they are processing in may not work for you when you are processing through the Philippines.

Just wanted to help. Good luck
