I am filling out my g-325a and I have a question about my employer. I am working part time as an English teacher in Vietnam, but I don't have a work permit right now. I have heard that you can work part time with a student visa and you don't need a work permit (this is what my university told me.) Is that true? Should I put this job on my g-325a or not?

They are not interested in enforcing VN labor laws. Put it down and should not be any problem.

Thanks, another question. Is it fine to file the i-130 after we get our marriage certificate but before our traditional wedding ceremony? I should have the marriage certificate within the month, but the ceremony will be at the end of November when my family can come.
