I did FP on 7/2 and its been In-Line since 7/7 this is almost 60 days. I am really hoping we will hear something soon :-(

This is just an update. I made an info pass appointment to check on my case since it's over 5 months and I was told that my application is at the "name check" stage. The I/O couldn't give me a time line on when I will get an interview.

I am still not in line for an interview yet. I will just remain positive and continue wait on them.

You should have open service request with USCIS if you already have not done so.

But I guess that's just to confuse people - as if this process isn't stressful enough.

Earlier today I received email notice

On August 31, 2015, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number ************. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

So hopefully will have letter in the mail and an actual interview date

Thanks for that update. I'm still waiting too, no further progress yet. 5 month completion is fast approaching (Sept. 14th). I tried to open e-requests online, but it declines it saying still within processing time. May have to call or visit again in a few weeks and have them manually open a ticket.

Although, since the past 2-3 weeks now, the Processing time has gone back to January 23rd, but it doesn't make any sense because a lot of people who filed after me already got interviewed, so shouldn't the processing time for the D.O. effect everyone? I'm guessing i'm stuck in checks like you, otherwise would've moved along by now.

Adhering to GOLFER's advise to just ignore it, pretend never filed, and keep moving on with other fun stuff in life. Lol. It's been working, but might need another strategy soon.

I totally agree with you. I cannot understand why people who applied in later months a getting scheduled. I thought they worked in a chronological order, but oh well they don't. I will continue to wait and if I don't hear anything by the end of September, I will take more action.

As of this morning, September 4th, the site reads that I was scheduled for an appointment on September 2nd. I checked yesterday, and this was not the case. I did not receive electronic notification. My priority date is June 15th. My prints were completed on July 1st and I was placed in line July 10th.

It was rain soaked so badly that I had to take a hair dryer to it, but I received my interview letter today. Set for the afternoon of October 7th.
