221g NBI aka, interview on JUNE. What's your status?

i have a friend though who got a weird status update on her ceac. We were interviewed on June 18.... It says refused... but she said her application was approved during the interview. she was not on 21g... I told her to contact the embassy tomorrow... hope nothing like that happens to anyone. she was freaking out.. and she crying. :)

Yeah it's better to call them. What was written under the refused word?

i just searched someone who have the same situation like mine, passport is with the us embassy/consulate changed to document delivery information and she was issued after that for a week... im hoping

Yeah it's better to call them. What was written under the refused word?

" we have notified you in writing regarding the status of your case. " that is what is written..

11/9/2015 sent AOS/EAD/AP application to Chicago Lockbox

11/15/2015 received a text message of receipt of application

11/18/2015 received written notification for the 3 applications

11/24/2015 received a notice of biometric appoint on 12/8/2015

12/8/2015 did the biometrics

1/16/2016 case update: "card production was ordered on 1/16/2015

1/19/2016 case update: case was approved

1/21/2016 case update: card was mailed

1/23/2016 received welcom letter :)

Omy god. this is so insensitive.. the happy face emoji should have been a sad one.. im not happy this happened to her... its just an honest mistake.. i just dont know how to correct my previous post.. im sorry...

Yes EK we suppose to rebook our ticket actually tomorrow but we will check the progress of delivery.. Hopefully I can fly with my fiance next week...

Exactly 11:11pm (pacific time) our ceac status is ISSUED. I want to take this moment to thank everyone here in VJ, you have been a great help-- even before when I started my own immigration journey and now for my mom. You've shared my frustrations and understand my emotions like no other. And above all, thank you LORD JESUS! HE has been my strength through this! 2 nights ago, I cried to GOD. And said Sorry for being so impatient, maybe I am just one of HIS many spoiled children. ✌️ I told HIM, "I can't carry the burden and stress of waiting anymore. I give it all to you now, please dad-- carry it and give me calmness and peace." And yay! Truly HE listens, HE answers. All glory to our LORD JESUS! And praying for everyone here that they'll receive the good news soon. You may lose your patience but don't lose your FAITH to GOD. Trust. Believe!

Wow! God is Good! Before I take a nap at around 3:30pm I checked our ceac status, it's still in AP. I prayed we have still 1 hour to get our visa issued before the embassy close. At 6pm I checked again it's issued. Thank you guys for all the help.You wil get your visa soon !!!

Who got their passports and visa package??? Another waiting game... ? :)

Based on timeline of those who received their visa the embassy release the passport 2 business days after issued status means ours will pick up by 2go later from the embassy.. Hoping for that.. AMEN!.
