i just searched someone who have the same situation like mine, passport is with the us embassy/consulate changed to document delivery information and she was issued after that for a week... im hoping

Mine has always said document delivery information but nothing else, just those words so I have no idea...

No, like I said.... it has ALWAYS said document delivery information.
