I submitted my AOS/AP/EAD package on 2/10/2007 and the USPS tracking shows that the package is delivered on 2/12/2007. However, I checked my checking account, nothing is being cashed out and I haven't received my NOA1 yet. I am starting to worry now. Anyone submitted their AOS on 2/10/2007?

I sent in my AOS (to VT) at the end of January and my check was cashed on 2/2/07. I am still waiting for my NOA, although I did receive a FD-258 (Receipt of Fingerprint Notice). Hope this helps!

You worry too early - give it 2 weeks at least. Maybe more! :)

Give it more time, if you haven't heard anything 30 days past the day they got it then you could always called the 1800 line or make an infopass but before then I'd just wait. As we all know it varies from person to person how long it takes for things to happen and USCIS can certainly be sloowww sometimes.

Don't worry about it. I sent my AOS/EAD on Feb 6,07. I received NOA1 today. Give them at least two weeks.
