I love how fast this thread is going haha . Never saw this quickness with K-1 ??

Anyway, online case updated ! RFE response received today !! I'm so happy . They received it yesterday and I guessed toched it today. Let's see how quickly we get our interview fingers crossed or EAD approved cus Lord knows we need it

I have a question , it says "our national benefits center will start working on your case again" .... Does this mean my local Boston office or somewhere else ?

NBC is in Missouri. I believe every AOS is sent there from the Chicago lockbox, and then after NBC does whatever it is they do they send it to your local office.

Question. My Husband got his EAD approved and mailed today (yay!), but my questions is - can he now apply for a SS#?

Hey Guys,

Happy Friday! We got EAD/AP, but I-485 still has the below status. I heard some folks got their interview waiver letters & some interview appointment letters and ours it's still in this stage. Those that didn't get RFEs, are you still in the same status?

"On July XX, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status..."

Good luck to all of us that is impatiently waiting!

Since I've been lurking quite a bit in this thread I wanted to say congrats on everyone's progress so far, and share my own timeline on my aos for those looking for another data point. Although I'm not adjusting off a k1 I notice there's all kinds of aosers posting here.

7/13/15 - Filed aos package

7/20/15 - Received at NBC

7/22/15 - Processed at NBC And NOAs sent

8/7/15 - Got electronic notice of RFE

8/12/15 - Received RFE. Missed providing proof of co-sponsors' U.S. Citizenship (facepalm)

8/14/15 - Biometrics done

8/19/15 - NBC records receipt of RFE reply and gets back to the case

9/16/15 - i485 status updated to interview is scheduled. (For October 22 ... still no ead/ap)

9/28/15 - Electronic notice that card is in production.

9/29/15 - Notice of approval of ead and ap

10/22/15 - Interview scheduled

My local office is Louisville, KY, and that may be why the interview is already scheduled. As with other people, when I check their processing time it says they were working on applications from January in July so I sure didn't expect to get an interview so quickly.

Although my card went into production, I haven't received any update on it being mailed, nor have I received the approval notices in the mail yet. I know the mail turn around time from MO to here isn't that long so I'm getting antsy again. That employment authorization is sooooo important .... grrrr. Anyway I'm sure it'll be on its way soon. I hope!

July 20th AOS Packages mailed by USPS (I 485,I 765,I-131)(x2)

July 22nd Delivered at Chicago Office

July 29th 6 Text for each application notifications & 1 E-mail Notification

July 31st NOA1 6 Hard copy in the mail, one for each Application

Aug 6th 2 Letter of BIOMETRICS Appointments for August 17th, one each for I-485-I-765 together

Aug 17th BIOMETRICS DONE

Sept 24th Update for the EAD ( we ordered your new card) just for (1) receipt

Sept 25th EAD & AP Approval for my husband & my stepdaughter :idea::joy::idea::joy::goofy:

Sept 28th Received EAD/AP approval notice in mail for my husband

Sept 29th EAD/AP combo card for my husband was mailed

Oct 1st EAD/AP Combo Card Mailed for my stepdaughter

Oct 2nd EAD/AP combo card for my husband received :joy: :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

Congratulations to those who received their approvals this week. And wishing the best for those waiting. Happy weekend....

Don't worry! I did't get RFE and my online status is still "Fingerpeint fee received".

They are just too slowwww!!! I only worry that my husband's medical will expire soon (long AP and medical is valid only for 1 year) and he will have to have another one done, which isn't cheap!!! I rather spend money on vacation than on another medical lol. Hope some good news are coming our way. I am tired of always waiting, hehe

Hi Pishi Pishi, I just checked your timeline. My USCIS Case Status is the same as yours - "Fingerprint fee was received..". But unfortunately, unlike you guys, I still haven't received my Biometrics Appointment letter. This is after 64 days that the USCIS NBC has received my application, as dated in my NOA. At least you have done biometrics, so it means that your case is being processed. I will have to go and call for a second service request on Monday. As the 30th day after I have called for a service request will be tomorrow Saturday - no office. :( San Fernando Valley USCIS is giving me a headache with the runaround as to why I haven't received my Biometrics. I have had no RFE's so far. Plus my DS3025 is going to expire next week Oct 09. Which I find funny, everybody keeps saying that it expires 1 year, why is it that our medical from K1 from London expires 6 months after? Anyways, good luck to us in this perennial waiting game.
