7/29/15 Checks cashed for I-131 and I-485

8/01/15 Received notices in mail for I-130, I-765, I-131, and 1-485

8/07/15 Received biometrics appt letter

8/21/15 Successful biometrics appt

9/22/15 EAD/AP approval online

9/28/15 Received EAD/AP approval notice in mail

9/30/15 Received EAD/AP card in mail

1/11/16 Interview scheduled for 2/16/16

2/16/16 Green card approval!!

12/16/17 Mailed I-751

12/19/17 Received NOA1

1/23/18 Biometrics

2/26/2019 Conditions removed

3/5/2019 Received 10 year green card

8/30/2019 Submitted N-400

Still no news on my EAD/AP after USCIS lost my applications and I had to resubmit them. However I received an interview date for October 23, 2015 so that is some great news...

Congrats to all who have received their EAD/AP..... This wait thing is not a joke matter if you not strong and motivated you will go nuts I swear to you..

Congratulations! Are you a July filer too? Did you get any RFE letter?

Hello everyone,

Today my case was scheduled for the interview. Here is my timeline:

- Day 0 (07/28/2015) Sent AOS Package by USPS Priority Mail

- Day 2 (07/30/2015) AOS Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

- Day 6 (08/03/2015) AOS Acceptance Confirmation received by e-mail (no text)

- Day 7 (08/04/2015) Checks cashed

- Day 10 (08/07/2015) NOA's hardcopies received in the mail

- Day 17 (08/14/2015) Biometrics appointment for 08/27

- Day 30 (08/27/2015) Biometrics done

- Day 34 (08/31/2015) Case ready to be scheduled for an interview

- Day 56 (09/22/2015) Interview scheduled for 10/23

Still didn't receive any update about my EAD/AP

Thank you! Yes I am a July filer you can look at my timeline in my signature. I received a RFE for Sponsor failing to meet income.

07/06/15 Package received by Chicago Lockbox

07/13/15 Finger print fee received

07/15/15 Text and email confirmation

07/21/ 15 Received hard copies of Notice of Action

07/24/15 Biometric Appointment notice for 08/06/15

08/06/15 Biometric completed at Hialeah field office

08/13/15 Online Status RFE sent off today's date

08/18/15 RFE received Sponsor don't meet poverty guideline

08/25/15 Respond to RFE with Job Letter and 9 months pay stubs

08/26/15 RFE delivered and signed for

08/27/15 Online Status RFE received etc..

09/15/15 Called USCIS about EAD/AP and was told I had to summit the applications over because they can't be found.

09/16/15 Sent off package to Chicago Lockbox

09/16/15 Online status Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview

09/17/15 EAD/AP delivered to Chicago Lockbox and signed for again

09/22/15 Online status interview schedule for Oct0ber 23, 2015.

09/24/15 Interview notice in hand dated Sept 18, 2015.

10/23/15 Interview done took about 5mins but wasn't approved because of incomplete medical form.

10/23/15 Request For Evidence #2 delivered to me by I/O.

10/26/15 Received text/email I-130 approved on 23/10/15 and a notice mailed.

10/30/15 Received I-130 Approval Notice.

11/05/15 Delivered my RFE at Hialeah Field Office

11/06/15 Received text/email stating New Card Is Being Produced.

11/13/15 Online status show: On Nov 13, 2015 we mailed your New Card, for receipt number ****to address you gave us.

11/16/15 Green Card in my hand

My case was received on June 30th so I'm technically a July filer.

June 30th uscis received our I-765 and I-485 applications

July 23 RFE so uscis suspended case ( affidavit of support wasn't mailed)

July 27th Biometrics completed

August 4th uscis resumed working on case

Haven't heard anything since! I haven't received my EAD card as yet and it's been 84 days but who's counting?!

Feeling extremely frustrated!!

Same here, RFE review since august 20th, nothing new since then :(

Wanted to remind anyone that got an RFE .. Once you reply, it starts again as day 1 . So don't freak out and just start counting from that day on . Not from original filing date.

Tomorrow I'll be preparing the RFE paperwork and hopefully sending it out too as priority mail.

I'm in school and it helps to distract me as oppose to the summer vacation months when I had nothing occupying my time and I obsessed with the mail and checking my case online

Yes But I was told its paused and resumed but it begins again as day 1 instead of the original day 1 when we file

I called yesterday and the guy I spoke to said it wouldn't have affected the EAD at all. I'm guessing he didn't know what he was talking about...??

Omg as I was writing the last comment I received an email from uscis saying that my EAD card has been ordered!!! I'm so excited!!! It's been a long 86 day wait!!!
