My EAD and Advance Parole got approved today. It was 66th day. Good luck to both of you. IO am sure good news is coming your way soon...

Congrats!! When you say 66th day, do you mean the 66th day from your priority date?

It is usually from the date you mail the document (not just the working days). For instance, I mailed my AOS packet on July 1st and got approved on Sep 3rd which is 64 days. Good luck :)

Thank you! That's interesting, since USCIS doesn't really "know" your case until they receive it, but I am happy to count from when we mailed it out, because that brings us to 65 days today! Still waiting (im)patiently....

Hi Sorry to be a newb but I'm just curious, is that 66 regular days, or 66 working days(mon-fri only)? Sorry for the idiotic question. It's just that I still haven't received my biometrics letter and I've sent it July 26th, I've received the NOA's dated 28th of July, and until now no biometrics ???

66 total days. My priority date is July 17th

Still no news on my EAD/AP after USCIS lost my applications and I had to resubmit them. However I received an interview date for October 23, 2015 so that is some great news...

Congrats to all who have received their EAD/AP..... This wait thing is not a joke matter if you not strong and motivated you will go nuts I swear to you..

07/06/15 Package received by Chicago Lockbox

07/13/15 Finger print fee received

07/15/15 Text and email confirmation

07/21/ 15 Received hard copies of Notice of Action

07/24/15 Biometric Appointment notice for 08/06/15

08/06/15 Biometric completed at Hialeah field office

08/13/15 Online Status RFE sent off today's date

08/18/15 RFE received Sponsor don't meet poverty guideline

08/25/15 Respond to RFE with Job Letter and 9 months pay stubs

08/26/15 RFE delivered and signed for

08/27/15 Online Status RFE received etc..

09/15/15 Called USCIS about EAD/AP and was told I had to summit the applications over because they can't be found.

09/16/15 Sent off package to Chicago Lockbox

09/16/15 Online status Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview

09/17/15 EAD/AP delivered to Chicago Lockbox and signed for again

09/22/15 Online status interview schedule for Oct0ber 23, 2015.

09/24/15 Interview notice in hand dated Sept 18, 2015.

10/23/15 Interview done took about 5mins but wasn't approved because of incomplete medical form.

10/23/15 Request For Evidence #2 delivered to me by I/O.

10/26/15 Received text/email I-130 approved on 23/10/15 and a notice mailed.

10/30/15 Received I-130 Approval Notice.

11/05/15 Delivered my RFE at Hialeah Field Office

11/06/15 Received text/email stating New Card Is Being Produced.

11/13/15 Online status show: On Nov 13, 2015 we mailed your New Card, for receipt number ****to address you gave us.

while I know many of us are waiting on EAD for our spouses (or ourselves), what are some ways that you're spouse is earning a little extra cash or what are they doing to pass the time?

My husband is exploring the city on his new bike, but it's DRIVING HIM CRAZY that he can't work yet or volunteer... or GET AN ID! He also doesn't want to ask for money, but I keep explaining to him that it's our money - I know it's a guy thing to want to support his family (or my shoe habit), but I still want him to have cash when he's cycling around town.

What are you or your spouses doing to pass the time?

There are two dates on your NOA1 - received and priority. My understanding is it is the "received date."

The good thing I have my lil 2yr daughter here to keep me going because staying home all day will drive anybody nuts. My wife father gave me one is car to drive around so at times I hit the road using my Jamaican Drivers License. Its man thing not to ask for money because honestly that's the hardest thing for me to do even my wife curse me and remind about our days in High School when she use to eat out my lunch lol... so I must not be afraid to ask her which I still don't do. Now she just leave money plus I have access to all her cards but still don't trouble her stuff. I cant wait to get over this.
