My EAD and Advance Parole got approved today. It was 66th day. Good luck to both of you. IO am sure good news is coming your way soon...

Thanks and congrats! My package was received by USCIS on the same day as yours. So hopefully this week.

By the way, how did you get the approval update? By checking the website or email/text notification? I suspect that they only update the online case status at the end of each workday. If that's the case, I should probably quit checking my cases multiple times during the day...

they updated my case status on the website, emailed me and texted me as well in that order within a span of 90 minutes. I hate to admit, but I check my case status at least 30 times a day. I'm on the computer all through the day for my work. My OCD kicks in and I just can't help myself :mellow:

I'm curious that how many of you are still waiting on EAD approval?

Still waiting for mine. I sent it on July 1st. Did my biometrics. Last Friday I placed a service request... I hope it will come soon...

I am happy to know that I am not the only one that checks my case status multiple times in a day. LOL.

When I did my biometrics, the lady said they may contact me to go back for a second fingerprint because I had poor fingerprints. But fortunately everything went well and I received my combo card on sep10th. Don't worry they will contact you if they need anything. Good luck!

Hey guys! This is my first time posting but I have been reading this topic since the first post.

Me and wifey are in the same boat: July fillers, biometrics taken, RFE received and replied and since that nothing.... Lol.

Our lawyer said he had filed my EAD but never got a NOA1 for it and he told me to wait 90 days but 90 days for what since I suspect he didn't file it.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

I gave them a call after 75 days without approval and they issued a service request for me...

I'm not sure about EAD, but I'm on the same boat. Filed in July and RFE on August 25th and replied on Sept 2nd, and nothing since. Hope to hear something soon though. Starting to get anxious.

-July 28th, 2015 (day 1) - package mailed.

-July 29th, 2015 (day 2) package delivered.

-August 3rd, 2015 (day 7): E-notification received.

-August 5th, 2015 (day 9): checks cashed.

-August 7th, 2015 (day 11): USCIS check case status shows the cases on their website.

-August 8th, 2015 (day 12): Hard copies of I-797C for I-130 and I-485.

-August 24th, 2015 (day 28): Biometrics done (1 day early walk in).

-August 26th, 2015 (day 29): Request for evidence (RFE1)

-August 29th, 2015 (day 32): RFE received in the mail asking for my tax return information.

-August 31st, 2015 (day 34): Mailed RFE response.

-Sept 1st, 2015 (day 35): RFE delivered.

-Sept 3rd, 2015 (day 37): Online status updated. Response to RFE received.

But never got the NOA1 for the EAD, I don't have the case number so I suspect my lawyer didn't send it. :(

Welcome to the waiting club! I kinda feel relieved to know most people were asked for a RFE, mine was replied on late August and still nothing!.

Hi folks,

I'm curious that how many of you are still waiting on EAD approval?

I'm still waiting for my Biometrics appointment letter. The USCIS Officer I spoke to told me that my case has already been assigned to someone but that person hasn't touched my case yet. This is really frustrating now. And now upon backreading, I've just discovered that EAD/AP won't move without my Biometrics appointment. I'm in California and I'm supposed to be registered in Chatsworth and they don't do walk-ins.

So far everything in California seems to be a game of waiting. We've waited nearly 9 weeks for my Marriage Certificate to be issued, thus delaying our aPplication for AOS/EAD/AP. And now it will be 2 months next week since we've submitted our combo pack and still no Biometrics letter ???

You need to call USCIS like early tomorrow. I had the same issue I never got a NOA for the EAD/AP and when I called they said they never received the applications which was really weird because everything was in one package. Long story short I was told I had file them over with a copy of my I485 NOA. So please give them a call and ask to speak with an immigration officer because the customer care rep or whatever they are don't give much help they are more like a programmed robot.

07/06/15 Package received by Chicago Lockbox

07/13/15 Finger print fee received

07/15/15 Text and email confirmation

07/21/ 15 Received hard copies of Notice of Action

07/24/15 Biometric Appointment notice for 08/06/15

08/06/15 Biometric completed at Hialeah field office

08/13/15 Online Status RFE sent off today's date

08/18/15 RFE received Sponsor don't meet poverty guideline

08/25/15 Respond to RFE with Job Letter and 9 months pay stubs

08/26/15 RFE delivered and signed for

08/27/15 Online Status RFE received etc..

09/15/15 Called USCIS about EAD/AP and was told I had to summit the applications over because they can't be found.

09/16/15 Sent off package to Chicago Lockbox

09/16/15 Online status Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview

09/17/15 EAD/AP delivered to Chicago Lockbox and signed for again

09/22/15 Online status interview schedule for Oct0ber 23, 2015.

09/24/15 Interview notice in hand dated Sept 18, 2015.

10/23/15 Interview done took about 5mins but wasn't approved because of incomplete medical form.

10/23/15 Request For Evidence #2 delivered to me by I/O.

10/26/15 Received text/email I-130 approved on 23/10/15 and a notice mailed.

10/30/15 Received I-130 Approval Notice.

11/05/15 Delivered my RFE at Hialeah Field Office

11/06/15 Received text/email stating New Card Is Being Produced.

11/13/15 Online status show: On Nov 13, 2015 we mailed your New Card, for receipt number ****to address you gave us.

11/16/15 Green Card in my hand

Hi Sorry to be a newb but I'm just curious, is that 66 regular days, or 66 working days(mon-fri only)? Sorry for the idiotic question. It's just that I still haven't received my biometrics letter and I've sent it July 26th, I've received the NOA's dated 28th of July, and until now no biometrics ???
