Just checked the case tracker app on my phone and saw that on September 2 USCIS had approved my EAD and AP.

However I am not even sure if I get it in mail physicly before the interview and they cancel EAD and AP once the green card is approved. Still good news though!

Congrats!

Checked case status and my ead card is now being produced. Yay! I kept checking every hour and i just got this few minutes ago ?

Congrats!

Both our EAD and AP were approved today! Praise God!

Also so glad to hear about the progress on your cases.

Congrats!

Hello all,

I submitted the I-485 along with the EAD and AP with NOA 1 date around July 1. We did the biometrics appointment on July 22 but my case status is still "Fingerprint Fee Received". Is this normal or should there have been a status change after successfully having the biometrics completed? The EAD and AP are still at "Case has been received" but am seeing many others getting approved.

Thanks

You should hear something very soon on EAD/AP. As for your case not changing, that's perfectly normal. Mine went from case received on June 30th to Case approved on September 2nd, nothing in between. Best of luck!

This is so sad i must confess and i understand how ya feeling right now.

I don't know if I'm the only one who's indifferent about this nor do I wanna interfere with ya private life but my advice is that you should pls and pls give him a second chance if he is truly sorry.

We all deserve a second chance and might have be given a second chance at one time or the other in our life time either consciously or unconsciously. ..

You've come a long way with this processing and almost done ...

My thoughts pls ... nobody should curse or judge me ...

My husband wants to leave. Having responsibility of a child and adjusting to life with my older kids was too much, amongst other things. He was caught having an affair and soliciting drugs online. His drug habit and psychotic personality is overwhelming. I tried to overlook him killing, murdering, both our cats and being abusive towards me. Enough is enough.
