Congrats! How long did it take them to approve the EAD expedite after you faxed them the information? We have requested an expedite for my wife's Advanced Parole, and I just faxed them the evidence re. her family emergency.

I faxed it late on Monday after closing hours though ... and i got approved today

Congrats Mymercy! My Husband has just received a job offer, and we would like to put in an expedite request. How did you put in your request? Did you just call the national customer service number?

Yeah that was what i did ... call the nos and inform them u want to make expedite request for ur EAD

Thanks! We just put in the request. How soon after you put in the request did they request that you fax in documentation?

12/03/2015: Green Card Approved! (Card being Produced) :dancing:

12/10/2015: Green Card received in the mail!!!

Thanks! We just put in the request. How soon after you put in the request did they request that you fax in documentation?

You shud hear from them on or before 3 to 5 business days ... mine was 3 days.

Case number of I485 , EAD and AP are different so you need your case number for EAD to check the status of it :)

PS. Our timeline really close.

I actually typed in the receipt number for EAD and AP (different numbers) the website says it does not recognize the receipt number. Only the receipt number for I-485. I got 3 NOAs so I assume they received my EAD/AP application.

Yes. I actually typed in the receipt number for EAD and AP (different numbers) the website says it does not recognize the receipt number. Only the receipt number for I-485 was recognized. I got 3 NOAs so I assume they received my EAD/AP application. Does that mean there's something wrong with my EAD/AP application?

06.26.2015 Mailed out AOS package

06.30.2015 Package delivered to Chicago lockbox

07.10.2015 Hard copies NOA-1 received by snail mail

07.17.2015 Biometrics appointment letter received

07.30.2015 Biometrics appointment

09.02.2015 Received email - EAD approved

09.08.2015 Received EAD approval letter/Case updated-card mailed

09.10.2015 Received EAD card ?

09.15.2015 State ID received

12.01.2015 Interview. Approved a couple of hours after. ??

12.04.2015 Green card was mailed out

12.05.2015 Received approval/welcome letter by snail mail

12.10.2015 Green Card in hand ???

65 days until EAD approval

155 days until Green Card approval

06/30/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case received & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center
07/06/2015 - NOA1 received.

07/13/2015 - Biometric letter arrived mail box. Date 07/24/2015

07/24/2015 - Biometric done. One month mark

08/29/2015 - EAD approved

09/03/2015 - EAD card mailed

09/04/2015 - EAD approval mail in mail box

09/08/2015 - EAD card received.

09/09/2015 - Applied for SSN.

09/15/2015 - Got my SSN in the mail

04/14/2015 - Update online: Your interview has been scheduled for 05/19

If they go by NOA dates I will have to wait for a while. I guess 1-2 weeks. But who knows... :)

I did a little studying on this trend and observe that EAD gets approved 5 weeks(and some days) after biometric all things been equal.

I used Yelli's and some few others for my study.

Though some gets approved before then while some get approved after 5weeks but majority gets approved 5weeks and some days afetr biometric.

My 5weeks was on friday.

Finger's crossed you should get yours 5weeks after biometric.

Congratulations! I'm still not so patiently waiting for my approval... :P

You should get yours this week.
