We cannot print the Fee240.pdf form. This is the form that you submit to the bank, with our cash.
What can we do? Can Kyiv send the form to the bank branch in Mariupol? Does the bank have the form there?
Can someone please send me jpegs of the form, so we can use them instead? What to do?

Anyone else have problems downloading a readable form? Please help.

I had the same problem and could not open it in Chrome. Downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (the newest version of reader), then I was able to open the document after following the instructions in the reader to authorize secure content.

Thanks! I went to the Acrobat security settings and switched some of them off. Then was

able to open the fee240.pdf (using Mac with Firefox)

Now I'm hoping I can send the file to a computer in her town that will allow the file to display

and print..

She will have to do the same thing you did. Even if you see it, every time someone opens they have to do the security stuff to enable it to display. She should just go to some shop where they print documents and they should be able to print it. Make sure they open it in a recent edition of Adobe Acrobat (no other PDF viewers will work) and then it should be fine.

There is no other way to get the form except from downloading the PDF. The embassy will not send you a paper copy and there is no other way to pay except with this form.

This is unacceptable. Has anyone found resolution to this, a jpeg copy perhaps. I visited 3 other embassy pages and their forms load fine, even from my phone, but not Ukraine. Y'all have been there, not exactly a technical nation, even my fiance's hospital work computer is ancient, running on win98. She can't find a place anywhere to print this f-ing form.

Make sure to pay before it expires. They expire every 2 weeks, and then you have to do the whole thing all over again. This is why they did it this way, they redo the exchange rate every 2 weeks, and this way makes sure that they do not actually have to update the PDF on their site - it automatically gets the latest rate and expiration date.

I ended up sending the pdf and also a jpeg image I made of it, to our translator friend in Kyiv.

Then she sent the pdf to my fiancee and she was able to have it printed somewhere in

her city, and then pay the fee. ...stressful. Long story short. Look at my timeline.

Visa approved! As of Monday! :)

Congrats man. Where in UA is your girl from? We are so ready for this to be over! Do you know what "administrative processing" even is. I see your case was delayed at nvc due to it and I worry we may have been stuck in the same boat. Been following some cases which noa2'd, sent from USCIS, and received by nvc the same day as ours. But theirs have already reached their consulate and ours is still "at nvc"

Fee amounts: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ua/ua-niv-visafeeinfo.asp

The forms: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ua/ua-niv-paymentinfo.asp (look under Fee payment options)

Bank locations: http://www.aval.ua/en/finlokator/(Important: have your fiancee call the branch she wants to visit, to confirm that they accept Embassy payments, as not all branches do)

Embassy fee - paid at the bank, paid in gryvnas

Medical -- paid at the health center, however bring more than $265(paid in dollars I believe, but please check the site), as they may require additional tests/shots, which are additional fee. (so bring about $350 just in case)
