did they say when the second phase will end? end of this week? this waiting sucks :bonk:

Yes, it sucks big time. I told my husband that the next call we make to NVC must be made by him. He's never called USCIS or NVC, so has no idea how frustrating it can be. I'm also hoping that he will be our 'lucky charm' and get answers as I have had no luck. I'm so over all this waiting already.

Hi everyone :) I'm happy to be a part of this group. We got our case complete 7-7 and are waiting patiently (or at least trying to) to find out when my husband will have his interview in Tunis.

Should I be calling for the interview date? (is it to soon? tomorrow will only be 1 week since cc ..) or is it best to wait for the email ?

I swear I don't think these people know what is going on at NVC...I just called spoke to a rep who was apparently not interested in working at all...she told me no interview date, and she said they are not scheduling for August anymore...so I have no idea what is going on

Hmmm I don't know what to say. All I know is last week hardly any interviews was scheduled and only cc. So let's see what happens. I will be calling nvc as soon as I get home from work and I will ask again. I am done waiting lol :-[

Marti,

There is nothing "patient" about this process!!!

It's up to you as to when and how much you call. However, it will be fairly fruitless to hang onto the phoneline until the last week of July (at the VERY earliest). Save yourself some grief - and give yourself two more weeks before starting to call. You are probably looking at a late September or October for an interview, but sometimes they surprise you!

Best of luck at the end of your journey!!!
