how do they plan to take the system down this weekend ? They are closed on Friday and no body works on the weekend . I feel the guy you talked to was on crack lol .

questions i called and emailed NVC Still no responds should i be worried. Question, how much would i have to pay NVC also i send all the papers they needed and still didn't get anything back that they received it. please help

Thanks Saylin!

The old address is his parents' house, so if NVC sends anythign it would not be a problem. I was just worried that once he is my sponsor, it would be mandatory for him to update his address with USCIS. In adition, his job changed (his dad will be joint-sponsor, he was unemployed and now he has a job); I believe we can just change the I864 by the time of the interview, right?

And you're done with USCIS at the moment. They'll get the entire visa package once you do POE, so they'll have all the updated information then. You're at NVC right now. Just bring an updated I-864 to the interview with his new address and new job info (along with all pay stubs he'll have gotten by then, as well as an employment letter, if possible.

It has been 35 days since I got approved at uscis.We have not heard from NVC yet. We are trying to call NVC but in vain. Hope to get through soon, awaiting for the welcome letter. I guess patience and more patience required.

wahooooo..... good news for everyone.. :dancing:(L)(F):goofy:

NVC is coming back. I try to login today..

My visa class changed. AOS shows PAID, IV not paid and I got access to do the payment.. It shows 325$. I will wait till monday and do the payment again online.. If they dont update my payment..

Surely it should start to work for everyone.. keep checking.. I am sooooo damn happy.. :)

Guys I just saw the third n/a I'm done, finally done . :,) I called on Tuesday and Wednesday begging them to review my ds260 because of my surgery and I guess it finally worked .

Wooo!!! Good news finally :)

We're hoping our 3 N/A's come soon, we both sent our DS260 about the same time and last week I was told my case was flagged for a supervisor to check. Hopefully that will happen soon too!

05/04/2015 - AOS+IV packages received (scan date)

05/15/2015 - IV fee money order payment confirmed

06/03/2015 - Checklist received: missing DS-260 form

06/19/2015 - DS-260 available online and submitted

07/31/2015 - Case Complete (107 days from arriving @NVC or 89 days from scan date)

09/21/2015 - Interview, approved!

10/02/2015 - Passport received

I just got 3 N/As!!! Case complete!!! Scan date May 8th (Day 64/30, 26 days in supervisor review)!!!!

Looks like the website is working again folks, so if you've been waiting for CC, best go check the CEAC site now :) :) :)

I started crying on the phone on Wednesday and I think that's what did it a supervisor said something like I'll email someone to try to get it reviewed tonight . Thanks everyone I needed this after everything .
