yes, the barcoded sheet is enough for them to scan your package.

For PCC, you can provide the copy for NOA2 you got from USCIS. I have given that when I requested the PCC. They very well know that for immigrant visas we need to provide PCC, all they want is that we are in the process of immigrant visa.

get PCC and send the complete package, so you will not end up on checklist, checklists and getting it review is miserable.

meantime you can get the DS261 reviewed, call NVC and the rep can review it over the phone. cz u will get IV Bill only once it is reviewed. PAY IV Fee, Complete DS260..

All this u can do while u wait for PCC.

Just checked the status, I can see AOS fee as N/A but IV is still showing Paid. Also got the DS-260 completion email today and had received the IV fee receipt confirmation yesterday. My scan date is 06 july and DS-260 submission date is 08 Jul

Thank you SiVin, I hope it is although the IV fee is still showing "paid" so I guess it should change to N/A soon...hopefully it is the indication that they reviewed AOS documents and now IV supporting docs

IV Fee will never change, only the AOS fee will change. You are good to go...

Actually in my case, husband confirmed it on the day the completed, and the AOS fee changed to N/A next day. You are done, call and get confirmed.

I'm new to the whole thing, got my case number through the phone on July 27. Have submitted my DS-261 and paid the AOS bill. We haven't received our "welcome letter" from NVC, so we're on the look out for that.

Lyraandmia, when did your DS-261 become available on the website?

Yes NVC wants them to mail together else you will get a checklist for the second document. And its very easy to cross whn we send together.

You have the AOS payment confirmation page right? That should be enough to send the document. I would suggest you to send it early, so your 30days clock will started early and that helps a lot.

SiVin, but do they also need the printed barcode confirmation page from the IV payment to send in with the IV packet?

All they want is a sheet with barcode, so no need to wait for IV FEE. Anytime in the process we can send our document, if we have the barcoded sheet it will be scanned to our file quickly.

IF you have got welcome letter, you can use the Document cover sheet in it.

By the way, we were able to access the DS-261 this morning!
