not received a checklist for DS-260 (official case complete not confirmed), filled it on july 6th, just after the portal was open again, I received a checklist for AOS package for most absurd reason, last name of the sponsor was changed from joseph to LAW in a couple of places(i still have the copy of AOS sent to nvc, it was mentioned correctly) when i called NVC they saying some other items not mentioned in the checklist for the same.

Also they are reading some items in the checklist differently.

did you pay via online or mail ?

online it should take 5 days to be processed

mail it takes 21 days but most of time take less than that ( in my case it took only 5 days )

I paid the aos fee online and it shows as paid on the site Edited July 16, 2015 by ettadamen

Husband called NVC last night and they did confirmed that they have our case already, they just haven't gotten to it yet. The rep said we should call again after a week or 2 for the case number and IIN, Btw, I just assumed that they received our case on July 14.

Case complete =/= interview date scheduled

When your case is completed, it's put in a queue for an interview date to be assigned. Depending on when your case is complete and what embassy/consulate you're going through, the time can vary from same day to many months.

I suggest you go to the first post, click on the link to Dwheels' interview thread, and see what the average times are looking at for your embassy/consulate. You can also use the tools on VJ to check as well.

I'm seeing three N/A s in my CEAC website, Does that mean case complete????, or is it the usual technical issue of NVC website ?. (cant believe what i'm seeing)

My scan date for checklist was 19 June, ds-260 date was 06 July.

Anyone else had a CC recently with 3 NA s.?

I'll call NVC today.

eh- almost. it DOES mean that the casefile was reviewed and found to be complete. soon, soonish, that next bit, case complete, will occur. yer almost there !

hardeep looks like most people got their email for interview, you did not? if so i would call nvc as it seems mohali takes their sweet time with medical as well.

the email printout should be good enough to take to the medical

My timeline is updated the only section missing is date interview letter/direction received. I still haven't gotten my interview letter so I can't put in what day I received it.

We sent our aos and iv docs on June 26, 2015 until now nvc didnt send us email if they got our papers. God speed!

Scan date is when the NVC received your Docs , call them and ask when they got it
