I called the NVC last week and was able to get a rep on the phone, but apparently they haven't received our case yet. I will call again either tomorrow or Thursday to check on the delivery confirmation. This week is two weeks since getting the NOA2.

Did you ever get a delivery confirmation that NVC received your case when you called?

Husband called NVC last night and they did confirmed that they have our case already, they just haven't gotten to it yet. The rep said we should call again after a week or 2 for the case number and IIN, Btw, I just assumed that they received our case on July 14.

Just got off the phone with an NVC agent and she was gladly able to review my DS-261 choice of agent and she told me i should expect my IV invoice via email between 7-10 days. However, i was wondering if i should have gotten a confirmation email or something of that kind by now or if i should just wait the 7-10 days for the IV invoice.

Wish u good luck. But last Monday I called n rep reviewed ds261 with me over the phone and told me i should expect invoice in a week. Its been 10 days now and still no invoice

Every time I call rep replys they don't know why its taking so long may b because we are facing technical issues.

Please let me know of you receive in a week.

How long After the AOS fee appear as paid you'll be able to pay the IV fee ?

did you pay via online or mail ?

online it should take 5 days to be processed

mail it takes 21 days but most of time take less than that ( in my case it took only 5 days )

I filled in the ds261 but the AOS fee still isn't available to pay, how long does that normally take to show up?

Paddygirl13 - I'm in the same boat as you. the NVC received my petition on 6/22. The case number was assigned 7/7 and I was able to fill out the DS261 on 7/10. I'm try paying the fees multiple times everyday. Have you had any communication from NVC yet? I've been told by NVC that I won't be able to pay fees until after I receive instructions from NVC. Until then, I'll try pay multiple times a day.....................

I'm seeing three N/A s in my CEAC website, Does that mean case complete????, or is it the usual technical issue of NVC website ?. (cant believe what i'm seeing)

My scan date for checklist was 19 June, ds-260 date was 06 July.

Anyone else had a CC recently with 3 NA s.?

I'll call NVC today.

Did you print out the confirmation at least? If you saw the confirmation page, which I believe you did, then you are fine. We had the same problem, never received confirmation in by email even though we checked the box for it. We called to confirm they received it and they did. You might wanna do that too for your peace of mind.

I just checked mine this morning and I am able to pay the AOS fee, yay... One step closer!

Don't worry friends, you can always print the DS-260 confirmation sheet anytime from the CEAC website. click the COMPLETE, of DS-260, click on the SIGN link on the top, you will reach a page where you can print the confirmation page and DS260. Dont worry guys clicking on DS-260 after completing will not restart your form, like DS-261. i've tried a couple of times.

Don't worry friends, you can always print the DS-260 confirmation sheet anytime from the CEAC website. click the COMPLETE, of DS-260, click on the SIGN link on the top, you will reach a page where you can print the confirmation page and DS260. Dont worry guys clicking on DS-260 after completing will not restart your form, like DS-261. i've tried a couple of times.

not received a checklist for DS-260 (official case complete not confirmed), filled it on july 6th, just after the portal was open again, I received a checklist for AOS package for most absurd reason, last name of the sponsor was changed from joseph to LAW in a couple of places(i still have the copy of AOS sent to nvc, it was mentioned correctly) when i called NVC they saying some other items not mentioned in the checklist for the same.

Also they are reading some items in the checklist differently.
