Submitted DS-260 after the IV fee was cleared last night. MY AOS and IV package was received by NVC on 6 July but NVC says they have not received it yet. I have also not received any email confirmations.

do you have courier confirmation it was delivered? if so, dont worry, it took them one week to email me that they received it. they are swamped this week as you may guess

yup morgan, planning to do that, lets see. but in a way silver lining is my documents are correct

Yes I do have the tracking information. And I will wait for few more days to see if I get a confirmation. However I keep noticing people talking about N/A. For both AOS and Civil documents it is showing N/A. Does anyone know what does it stand for. I know the only speculation I have seen is case complete but I had it even before I submitted DS-260 today.

the n/a next to docs and aos will remain there. the n/a for cc they are talking about is aos fee changes from paid to n/a when there is case complete.

ms morgan, it took them about 2 weeks to review your ds-260 right? and that was when they did not have hoards of ds-260s to review!

yeah submitted it June 19th done July 1st but I did call and cry and that's the day it got reviewed and completed so if you can cry give it a shot haha .

My wife (beneficiary) inadvertently clicked on the Choice Of Agent form this morning but didn't make any modifications and it now shows INCOMPLETE.

The DS-261 was reviewed in early June. We mailed in the IV fee and submitted the DS-260 this past Sunday when the systems were restored. The supporting documents were sent in about a month ago.

Last night I noticed the AOS fee status changed from PAID to N/A. I haven't called NVC to verify if we have a CC. Our case still shows 3 N/As including the AOS fee status even after the DS-261 status changed to INCOMPLETE.

Does anyone think we have an issue now that the DS-261 is showing INCOMPLETE? I don't want to draw attention to it by calling NVC to verify CC. What should I do?

I called up NVC a few minutes ago and a case specialist confirmed CC. Going into the DS-261 again didn't impact our case.

We were surprised to get CC so soon after submitting the DS-260 just this past Sunday.

Hello everyone! I'm new here so I wanted to share something so on July 1st I received an email that they received my documents which are the visa application and the affidavit of support on June 26th and was told to wait 30 days since they received it but I called today and they said 30 days from the 30 of June.

So your documents were probably received in the mail room on 06/26, but scanned on 06/30?

How about DS261, AOS and IV fee and DS260

Have you completed that too?

p.s. It is super helpful if you fill out your timeline so it will make more sense to us to help with your case and make suggestions to help you along the way
