Thank u..yea we have a lawyer..i think we already pay those IV & AOS thing after I-601A sent..but about the DS260 i dont understand to much..!! Do we have to fill it up after this i-601A is approved or b4..?

Yeah those Fees needed to be paid before your lawyer submitted your Waiver.

The DS260 is an Application for your Immigrant Visa, your lawyer needs to submit it in order for you to continue your case on NVC, after that, it will require you to send your AOS and Financial evidence along with your AOS. also you will need to send a civil documents to support your visa application ex.( Marriage Certificate, Petitioner Birth Certificate, photos)

Talk to your lawyer to see where he's at on your case, remember lawyers always got more cases, you are the one that needs to be on top of yours with his help.
