I got news from USCIS. I called and spoke to a T2 officer today. The officer told me a decision has been made on my case. I asked whether it had been approve or denied and she said the system didn't mention either or it just said a decision had been made on my case. I asked her, do you think it could have been denied? She said she doesn't think so because otherwise it would say "denied" or "Interview." But she didn't want to get into too much detail. She said I should wait until the middle of august and I don't hear anything I should call back.

Now... what do you guys think that sentence means? A decision has been made. All opinions are welcome. Thanks guys

Oh okay I'm July 28 2015 filer mine was sent to csc,I hope they approve us soon

Bro, for some reason my lawyer filed a service request a few days ago and didn't tell me. I open my e-mail today and for my surprise I had an e-mail from USCIS. Look what it said.

"A review of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates that as of the date of this letter, your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) was in production at the Vermont Service Center. We apologize for the delay in production of your card and for any inconvenience it has caused you. If you have not received your card within 30 days, please contact customer service at the number below."

I am so happy right now. I hope you get your green card really, really soon man.

Oh my God really?u see I told you you've been approved, that tier 2 officer just doesn't want to tell u,lol I'm so happy for you Bro

Congrats bro

Thanks man. I really appreciate the support. And despite what the letter says my status never changed on the uscis.com website. No text message, no status change, nothing. Weird eh?

Anyways... I'm gonna pray that you and the rest of the folks here receive their green cards soon. All the best.

Well I tried but I couldn't send my package dated on July 2016. When I had it finally ready to go this past Saturday, I went to FedEx to do the same proces I did when I sent AOS package, and I was told I can't sent it to any P.O. Box using their services or UPS. I must use USPS and I almost cry in front of the guy. How did I miss to read about it here? I missed to read about that important piece of information in the "Guides" section as well it seems. It was a very stressful Saturday half of a day, and I was heartbroken when I found out I put myself through hell for nothing. Now I will have to move onto the August filers as I am leaving to Post Office to send my package once and for all.

All my evidence is only for the last couple of years. I am not sending anything I already sent in AOS package. If anyone, by experience, know I should include anything from Nov and Dec 2013 (evidence such as proof of our wedding on Nov 2013, and pictures of Christmas 2013 *Sent already in AOS petition) please advise because this would be my last chance to include anything I might be missing.

Thank you

You're in the wrong thread, this is for July 2015 filers.

Also, your "filer" status is determined by your NOA, not the date you sent your documents in.

I sure am! thanks. So if my NOA comes in August, then I post on August filers. If it comes on September, I'll post there I supose.

BrazilGuy82, Congratulations :dancing: Have you received your greencard or any official paper mail yet?

On Saturday August 13, I received an envelop from USCIS with my new 10 year Permanent Green Card. I'm very happy and I cannot even believe this part of my journey is over. I honestly hope from the bottom of my heart that each one of you get approved soon.

I have already applied for naturalization based on the 3 year rule and have even completed the fingerprints. I'm waiting to be put in line for the interview but apparently there's a huge backlog in the Texas service center where Washington, DC, applications have to go to. So the wait begins all over again. Hopefully this time will be the last. What would normally be taking 4 months has been taking 8 to 10 months on average.

Thank you all for all your help and support. You guys were absolutely amazing.
