I am currently in Australia and due to return on 4th july. My wife just emailed that my approval came today!!! green card being produced. Stoked that Vermont got there in the end!!!

contacted my congressman regarding my I751 and i received a correspondence from them that the USCIS sent me RFE back in March but i didnt receive any correspondence from them. How do i know the contents of the RFE. Am so disapointed right now

The error message was related to the fact that I was not able to connect to the https network. I tried other https sites and it worked so I don't know if USCIS was updating their site yesterday or something.

I am still waiting for a decision. I really can't believe it takes so long to get a decision. We are really unlucky.

Oh ok. Yes I receive that from time to time and I just ignore it and continue on to the website.

Yes, 9+ months...

I have downloaded this app called "Case Tracker", added my EAC number to the case and refresh the app under "My Cases" 3-4 times a day.

Status is still, "Case Was Received".

I found out it went to my old address. But I finally got the letter today and Infact today is the deadline day to respond to the RFE.

Am very gobsmacked that they are actually asking for more documentation because I did submitted a lot.

These are some of the documentation I submitted.

3 yrs tax returns filled jointly

3 yrs lease in joint names

3 yrs joint bank statement

2 yrs rental insurance in joint names

2 yrs life insurance with my spouse name as beneficiary

Pictures of my wife, my mum, my sisters, my wife children and grand children dining at a restaurant

2 letters notorize by family members testifying to marriage

What else can I send

Am very frustrated

Did the letter state what else they are looking for?

Did you file an address change with them?

i am so sick of the uscis RFE sent three weeks no now no update on status that package has been recived and usps tracking says it has been delivered this process is so fraustratimg and annoying am a july 2nd filere at CSC omg

We submitted copies of our DL (showing same address), Wills, Advanced Health Care Directives, Power of Attorneys, Medical Insurance, IRA (showing the other spouse as beneficiary), utility bills. You can think of adding these to your application.

Same here. Rfe delivered april 21. Still nothing from uscis.

Uscis got to be the most inefficient office ever dealt with.
