USCIS has updated the timeframes with an as of date February 29, 2016 that they are processing for Vermont May 11, 2015. California is showing 6 months (same as last update) with the as of date of February 29, 2016.

Here is hoping we Vermont filiers really hear something this month or the beginning of next month.

Yesterday we got the update that the card was being produced, woohoo!!

Submitted on July 20, 2015

RFE received February 24

RFE response send April 2

Online case status update "Card being produced" on April 12.

Hopefully by this time next week my husband will have his card in hand.

Yay!! It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. (I guess because it has been, ha)

VJ updated timeline shows July 2th for Vermont fillers. What does suppose to mean? I have not seen any July Vermont fillers posting approvals. Where this information about July 2th is coming from?

Not all of the visajourney users post their timelines on the monthly threads but rather keep it in their profiles. http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftlist.php?op6=Vermont+Service+Center&op1=&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=5%2C9%2C10%2C11%2C12&cfl= Those dates are automatically updated from member timelines.

Thanks charmander! So can we conclude that Vermont is actually working on July cases or the center is doing mostly June and just some of July? By the way how is your citizenship journey going?

I think that's about right but there are still people waiting from April and May. Don't get discouraged by approvals who filed later than you. Unfortunately that's how the service centers operate. When I was approved there were people from June who were already approved. Giving my biometrics for N400 this week, let's see how long it takes to get to the interview stage after that.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give some info here for vermont center july filers.

I received my NOA on July 27 2015, biometric on august 27 2015, and today April 20, I was very surprised (!!) to receive my approval for my ROC. (date of decision: 15 of April)

It took less than 9 months?! when i know that some June filers and may filers are still waiting..? I was shocked.

Anyway, just wanted to give some hopes here.

Best and keep faith.

OMG congratulations. I'm so excited to hear your story. I'm also a July filer and have been waiting anxiously for my approval but nothing yet. So maybe your approval means that VSC is starting to finally work on July cases, right? I hope so since this will definitely ease my mind and give me a break before starting on my other journey towards N-400. Again congratulations

..Well it looks like they are on July cases for sure, but apparently, not really in order... I was a July 22 filer, so a end month. And some june filers are still waiting, as beginning of july filers as well.

Congrats! Looks like they are not approving cases in order, but it's still great news! Did they update your case status on uscis.gov?

Jughead: No, my case status is still the same on uscis.gov and I never received any update by text or email, even if I subscribed for. I only received the info by mail.
