Hey guys! Just wanted to share with you) I sent my RFE on March 18 and on March 28 they ordered my new card. It took 10 days) My case was pending since June 29th. Good luck to everybody!

Any news on Vermont filers? I saw in the June 2015 thread, that June from Vermont are starting to get approved, so hoping we are not too far behind.

I have been following the May 2015 filers for a while now and I'm happy to confirm that they are in fact just starting to get approved (9 cases were approved so far, that is 32%). If VSC keeps things moving for June the way they did for May filers, June should be done by the end of this month. So may it's hopefully be the month we (July filers) are probably gonna start getting approved. Obviously when it comes to USCIS there's no guarantees of any kind. So let's just keep our fingers crossed.

According to the rate of approved petitions shared in this forum, I think that CSC is more consecutive than VSC when it comes of ROC processing. California focuses on processing of petitions filled in one whole month. Vermont is more like all over the place. I am not going to be surprised if Vermont starts processing July without finishing June and we can see the first July petitions approved around April 15th.

Hi. I sent my papers on July 20. They received them, i went for biometricks and almost 9 months later still nothing? Cannot even do online request for my status because there is an info saying the case number doesnt match the form which is weird bcuz it is I751.

Anyone has the same issue? My one year extension will expire and i still wont receive the answer,...

Try the number you received on the biometrics appointment, this is the one that brings up info for us.

You need to use the number before the biometrics, the CRI-89 number. When I was helping a friend to do info request, we had to use that number.

I thought that the system will not let you do a online request if you are still within the processing timeframe?

Helo guys, sorry I haven't post in January. Please someone can update my info. Got an RFE on Jan 11, 2016, sent it on March, 28 2016 and on April 07 got approved and my card is being produced.
