I called the Tier2 officer today, i wasnt really expecting help or tangible assistance from them and thats exactly what i got. Itold him my application is over the normal 6months processing time that was stipulated on their website. He told me that i shouldnt follow what the processing time, he told me that the 12 months extension letter that i received shortly after i submitted is what i should be looking at. He said it can take up to 12 months and thats why they gave 12 months extension. Well i submitted my form on July 10th 2015 and am hoping by first week in March majority of the July filers should be done with

That happened to me too; you could call again, another Tier 2 agent may file an inquiry for you. Besides, you can file an e-request too!

July's timeline is as relevant to me as August's timeline is, but it seemed to me that since a few weeks ago, it wasn't being updated as frequent as it should be--which is not helpful to other members. I don't seem to see the harm of my doing so, but anyway, sorry for being helpful...

I just received the welcome letter today but I received my green card on 02/11!

It turned out my application was approved on 02/04, as indicated by the letter signed by the USCIS Director in my local office.

They apparently didn't update online status immediately since I received the electronic update on 02/10.

Got an RFE because financial evidence did not cover entire length of marriage... not sure what I am supposed to do since the first 10 months of our marriage we lived in Japan where there are no co-credit cards/bills/rent/etc.
