USCIS updated their processing times.

Now December 31, 2015 and Vermont has updated to show processing to March, 30th 2015. Oh boy a WHOLE 7 days- :ranting::protest: !

Green Card Received today!

It turned out they might have updated the online status later than when the case was approved.

How are they already processing August applications :o They have processed only half of July applications so far! Are we stuck in name checks?

I'd rather think most CSC July filers have been approved but they're simply not reporting back here, because if they're really working on July and August concurrently, they've been pretty slow compared with their progress in December...

I don't understand why they report as of two months ago. Anybody know why? I see on this forum April VCS filers are getting approved and even a few from May.

so i decided to call and speak to tier 2 , actually i spoke to two people at tow different times . the 1st one said my background check has still not cleared with the FBI i was like it been 7months getting to 8month how long do they do background check.n the second was like oh you have to wait 45days for a response i file july 2nd in CSC am soooo over it now. my goodness

Please update, I received the letter on 2/05, the GC was mailed on 2/10 and received 2/12... can't wait for N-400!!

My Timeline: AOS through marriage to USC

4/30/13 (Day 0) Packet (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) sent to USCIS via USPS

5/02/13 (Day 2) Packet delivery confirmed

5/08/13 (Day 8) Received text messages and email NOA's for all 4 applications

5/08/13 (Day 8) Checks cashed

5/13/13 (Day 13) Received hard copy NOA's

5/16/13 (Day 16) Received Biometrics Appt Letter (Kendall FL, 6/7 @ 8:00 AM)

6/07/13 (Day 38) Biometrics Completed!

6/12/13 (Day 43) Received email: I-485 changed to Testing and Interview

7/02/13 (Day 63) Received 3 emails: EAD Card Production, Name Change on AP(?), AP Approved!

7/08/13 (Day 69) Received second EAD Card Production email

7/09/13 (Day 70) Received Interview Date email

Well my friend I've been helping out got a letter for RFE. They just sent in more evidence today. Hopefully it does not take long after replying to an RFE. I've read that some got approval within a couple weeks and some within a month. They already bought plan ticket to visit family back home (which I've plan to join them too) for early April. We may have to cancel our trip, since this is cutting it close. Hate to be over sea with an extension letter, and she end up getting an interview or getting her 10 yr GC and not have it in hand. Below is their date of the things they did / get.

NOA1 Date....Biometrics.....Approved
7/1/2015......7/28/2015.......--/--/-- (RFE 2/10/16, replied 2/17/16)

ali.cha please post back once you hear something. We are hoping the wait is not long after responding to an RFE.

I hope so. Still very stressed because of lack co-mingling financial documents
