There's some movement for August CSC filers too, so I guess they're processing the rest of July filers and August filers concurrently. I just hope they can move along quicker since they're gonna have another Monday off next week...

congratulations to all that have been approved hopefully we all be approved i sent a e request and they told me to wait 45 days to get a response but me being that so not patient do you guys think it ok ti send another r request or call and speak to a customer service . i also used a lawyer should the lawyer do the r request or i can do it myself. i am tired of waiting so fraustrating

I filed a phone inquiry yesterday, and I was told I could get a response in 2 weeks; I filed a phone inquiry once before and I did get a respond within 2 weeks, so maybe you should try that, but sometimes the don't do new inquries when you already have one pending...

How about email and sms notifications? On request of evidence.

Reason i ask is, i have doubts that im getting mails on time. A few are getting lost like my W-2 forms.

If you sign up for e-mail/text update, then it will ONLY reflect a change of your online status, which will not change for RFE, so the answer is still no, unfortunately.

Biometrics on Oct, 06th. Haven't heard anything since biometrics.

If they send you RFE they will notify only by mail. It won't show up online
