I didn't post in this thread until now, but I just got approved. NOA date was 07/08/2015.

I sent an e-request yesterday, asking how everything was going because it had been 6 months and 23 days since my NOA date. 12 hours later, approved. Maybe coincidental, maybe the request got my application pulled out of a pile. Who knows.

We received hubby's approval with NOA2 date of 1/25/16!!! Now just waiting on his card to be issued.

Hi,

I am posting this for a friend, she got her NOA1 on 7/1/2015, Biometrics done on 7/28/2015. She is still waiting for approval. My question is she has two receipt # once she get her biometric appt letter, is this normal?

One of the receipt # is for I751 and another for CRI89 on the same letter. The I751 receipt # does not exist when checking case status online, but the CRI89 receipt does exist and it says "On July 1, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received.....".

Is this normal when applying ROC? Would it say that they received her biometric?

You must use receipt number that was provided in Biometric letter. My case was received on July 2 and i am still waiting. Hopefully no RFE

Thank you. We're hoping to hear something soon (and hopefully no RFE too). Our case was received on July 8 and we received the NOA on July 13 but we've heard nothing since the biometrics.
