I Sent my documents on June 28. I guess that makes me a July filer since my Receipt and NOA was dated 7/6/15. Biometrics on 8/6/15... But I have spoken with people who tell me my GC for 10years should have arrived around December. But we are almost approaching February, 2016 and yet all I see when I check my case status is "On July 6, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received... BlaBlabla. Just wanted to be sure I am not the only person in this scenario as this is taking too long.

My mom is in the same boat since May 2015, she did not hear anything from them after she had her fingerprints June 30 2015.

Good to know I'm not alone. I was almost getting paranoid.

USCIS e-request is completely useless. I submitted an e-request online on USCIS website about a week ago. I mentioned that my case is outside the posted processing times. Today they answered me that the processing of my petition is within their current processing time :o But how come? Where can we find their current processing times?

Here is a link top the processing times. Select the Service center where your case is.

For I-751, just choose CSC or VSC under Service Center and click on "Service Center Processing Dates".

I'm an early August 2015 filer. Did CSC just literally stop processing July filers or July filers here all happen not to check or update their statuses? There has been almost no activity since last week...

My only current concern is that I need to go back to China around the last week of March. I know the existence of I-551 Stamp, so Im not worrying about re-entering the U.S. whatsoever. Nevertheless, China is one of the few countries that also check their citizens destination visa, and Ive found no confirmation online on whether they recognize I-551 stamp or not.

Given the current processing speed, I should get the new Green Card by late March, but we just never know

My friend filed ROC a few days later and had BIO the next day after me. So yesterday she announced that online status didn't change until she received a letter by mail saying she had been approved. So I assume that online system requires maintenance...
