Why is CSC going so slow for July filers?

It's really annoying, isn't it? I keep checking every hour hoping to see miracle but it still shows "case was received", what the hell :(

CSC is annoying?? You probably would have been institutionalized if you were a VSC filer then. Just appreciate USCIS for assigning your state to file for CSC and share your sympathies with your fellow VSC filers.
