So my green card was mailed out on 12/28 and I still haven't received!! I hate USPS... 2-day priority? More like 2-week priority!

I pray that it actually gets here, cos looking into it, if it's lost and not returned to USCIS as undeliverable, I have to cough up $450, do biometrics again, and wait another 6 months!

So annoyed! :(

Just checked my online status!!!! "On January 8, 2016, we ordered your new card " :joy: :content: :star: :) :D Good luck everybody!!! Be patient and it will happen!!

AOS based on a marriage with US citizen:

06/06/2012 - last entry in USA on J1 visa;

05/06/2013 - got married;

07/18/2013 - sent the package (I-130, I-485, I-765);

07/23/2013 - USCIS received the package;

07/29/2013 - received notifications for acceptance via e-mails and text messages;

08/02/2013 - received notifications for acceptance via mail;

08/08/2013 - received biometrics letter (appointment for 08/14) via mail, without any e-mail or text message notifications;

08/14/2013 - done with biometrics;

08/22/2013 - I-485 online status updated to "Testing and Interview";

08/28/2013 - I-485 online status says " On August 28, 2013, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for October 4, 2013...";

08/30/2013 - received notification for an Interview on October 04 2013, 8:30 am via mail;

09/23/2013 - I-765 online status updated to "Card/Document Production";

09/28/2013 - received EAD card;

10/04/2013 - interview day - approved on spot!

10/17/2013 - received my green card via mail

For what it's worth, we applied at the VSC on 6/29/15, got the NOA dated 7/7/15 and had my biometrics appointment on 8/5/15. Need I say the case is still pending? :unsure: I'm hoping for maybe February.

NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter.
Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment.
Approved = The Date your case was approved.

1 AUG approved.. why it goes so slow with JUL ???

Hello, if you are referring to this list: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/559215-i-751-august-2015-filers/page-25, that August filer got approved in October, and it was a special military deal. Most of us August filers are still waiting.

USCIS has generally been very slow the last few weeks with ROC approvals - I assume part of it were the holidays, but we have not seen many approvals since the new year, either. I sure hope they will pick up speed again soon.

So slow??? Little bit of empathy please!! There are still some March '15 VSC filers who have not heard back anything. April '15 VSC filers have started to post their approvals just recently. At this pace, July '15 VSC filers will feel lucky if they get a response by the summer.

Regarding your question, USCIS announced a workload transfer from VSC to CSC at the end of December. It's not I751 this time, but I539. It has probably something to do with what you guys are experiencing at CSC.

Hey guys, Has anyone of you filed e-request for your case inquiry yet? It says on USCIS website that if your case takes longer than the processing time mentioned on USCIS processing time chart then you can electronically inquire about your case. I don't know how long USCIS takes to process this e.request.
