Also I have a question but I wasn't able to find an answer anywhere in the site. I mailed my forms, they received them but when I try to enter the receipt # to check my status, it says there's an error and shows this:

"Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

  • My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

Anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

I didn't get a bio-metric notice. I only got the letter that says "Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year". The date my package was received was 07/27/2015. Also I forgot to mention that I filed to the California office, sorry!

Anyways are you telling me that the receipt # on top of the letter that tells me that my conditional residence got extended, is not the one that I need to enter in the "check my status box"?

I am so rusty with this immigration bullchips

I didn't get a bio-metric notice. I only got the letter that says "Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year". The date my package was received was 07/27/2015. Also I forgot to mention that I filed to the California office, sorry!

Anyways are you telling me that the receipt # on top of the letter that tells me that my conditional residence got extended, is not the one that I need to enter in the "check my status box"?

That is correct! When you get your bio-metrics notice, It will come with 2 case numbers! You should then be able to use one of those receipt numbers to check your case status!
