To file for emergency AP you need to go to your local office... you can see if there are any infopass appointments available if not then you just have to go and wait to be seen.... you will need to take evidence of the emergency i.e fax from a doctor/hospital or funeral home also take a completed AP form and any NOA you have received from USCIS...

I can not say if it is in the same place as biometrics are done... sorry

Is there currently an emergency? If you want AP just in case, you can file when you file for AOS. Are you in the US and already married? Have you filed for AOS?

You cannot 'just return' because you have entered as a K1... it's a one-time only entry. You can leave at any time, but if you don't have AP, you will have to then apply for re-entry as a K3 or CR-1.

Re: your documents.... they will need to be translated.
