I applied my parents, now it is time to send the Aos and IV package, I will use my husband and me 's tax return, we have enough I'm come ,do we need to fill the I864 form?If I use regular mail ,do I need to send 2×2 pictures?

there's a gap of time,

after 'case complete' time tick,

where the casefile travels to Guangzhou IV.

Once the casefile hits China Border, it is then routed to a Bonded Chinese Customs warehouse,

where (by treaty) it sits for 2 to 5 months before Guangzhou IV can retrieve it. Once it's retrieved, figure another 30 to 45 days for the interview date to be set, another 30 days past the setting date.

Electronic processing bypasses that wait time after 'case complete'.

Is the intake duration less than paper filing? no. it used to be, but it's not 'less' now.
