Working for UK employer with Green Card

Now that I have my Green Card, I am going to return working for my UK employer. Does anybody have any recommendations / knowledge on:

1.) the best way for them to pay me (can they still deposit Pounds Sterling into my UK account or do they need to pay Dollars into my US account)

2.) how I go about paying US taxes (pay something each month or only when I file my tax return)

3.) how I work out my level of income taxation

Or is it advisable I just speak to the IRS or a US accountancy firm?
