I-130 form - change of name due to marriage

Hi Community!

Scenario for a I-130 petition: Sponsor, female, get married to beneficiary, male. The Sponsor changes his name which is documented in the marriage certificate. Days after the wedding the sponsor files the I-130 but uses his new last name. The Green Card and passport will still show the old name.

Only after weeks and months, Social Security Card, Green Card and Passport will be changed.

Will the I-130 petition be rejected, delayed or can the changed documents be submitted at later stage? How does this work in this most properly often happening scenario?
