Hi guys! So I'm finishing up our I-134 and I was just wondering what the letter of affidavit of support should include? My father is the one signing it and if anyone could help us out with what this letter should include, we would really appreciate it!

*Also this does have to be notarized, correct?

What letter? Nothing needs to be notarized.

The USC petitioner needs to provide an I-134(affidavit of support form), along with supporting evidence, and the co-sponsor needs to provide their own I-134 along with their supporting evidence, such as most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs.

Documents of Financial Stability from the United States (Affidavit of Support): Form I-134 with original signature from the petitioner, last income tax report (1040) and W-2(s) and a recently issued job letter.
