I-130 Address question

Hello.

There is a question #21 on I-130, where it asks "Last address you lived together" and dates (From -To). The thing is we only lived a few days together after the marriage as I had to go back to work in the US, but I am going back in a few months and planning to live with her for couple months. What should I write for the dates? I just wonder if it will look suspicious if I only put down a few dates? In PDF, I tried to put just the month, but it is asking for the days too. Please help.
