Can anyone share their experience with the courier service for the London embassy and specifically when they received a notice from the courier after their status changed to issued?

I'm sure this backlog isn't helping and like others we're just trying to figure when we might get the passport package in hand.

Mine changed to issued today so I began wondering the same thing.

A friend of mine had hers changed to issued on a Wednesday and by the Monday she received an email saying come collect.

If you don't hear back within. . . . Let's say 5 business days, may just be down to the whole issue that has bee going on! That's what I'll think if I don't receive an email by Friday.

But like the site says, if it gets to 10 or more, contact the embassy.

Can anyone share their experience with the courier service for the London embassy and specifically when they received a notice from the courier after their status changed to issued?

I'm sure this backlog isn't helping and like others we're just trying to figure when we might get the passport package in hand.

Ours changed to "Issued" on Thursday the 25th. Today Monday the 29th at 15:00 (3pm) my husband got the text from the DOS stating his package has been handed over to the courier along with a tracking number. The tracking number shows that he can pick up his package on the 30th (tomorrow)

5/05/17: NOA 1 
5/11/17: Biometrics Notice Received
5/26/17: Biometrics Appointment
4/18/18: Still Pending - Extension Stamp in Passport good for 6 months
8/25/18: Received an 18 month extension in the mail
12/20/18: Case Transferred from CA to NBC
5/9/2019: I 751 interview - was scheduled as a combo N400 - they said no N400 technical difficulties 
5/9/2019: Printing new 10 year Green Card
5/10/2019: Case status changed to - Your Case was Approved

Still no news for us yet. I hope yours is delivered quickly.

We got our tracking number today and can pick up from depot tomorrow. :)

Congrats!! That's so good. Receied my email today, I can pick mine up from 02.07.2015!!! :D

For those who got the notification that you can pick up tomorrow, you can usually go to the depot the day you get the email and pick it up. Seen alot on here that have gone to the depot the evening of getting the tracking info, and got their package ok.

If you are in that much of a rush that is!

We also received our email today, visa was issued 6/29, ready for pick up today!!

Feb. 13th 2015: I-129F sent

Feb. 18th 2015: NOA1

Mar. 12th 2015: NOA2

Apr. 17th 2015: NVC received

Apr. 20th 2015: Case number assigned

Apr. 29th 2015: Consulate received

May 4th 2015: Packet 3 received

May 11th 2015: Medical - Passed!

May 29th 2015: Packet 4 received

June 18th 2015: Interview!! APPROVED!!

July 2nd 2015: Visa in hand

July 21st 2015: POE

???: Real wedding

Oct. 22nd 2015: Wedding ceremony with family/friends!

My visa was issued on Tuesday...just waiting on the tracking email.

Did you receive the emails in the morning or the afternoon?

I wouldn't think they have a set time. It does come from the the DOS and my husbands was in the afternoon at 3pm or rather 15:00 England time.

I got an email saying that DX group had my passport & visa 2 days ago, but when I go to track it, it says "Your item has been sent via 3rd party. Please contact your service provider." Anyone else had this?
