Before I called nvc they told me you don't have submit document in nvc but today I call again they said you send to nvc I am in confusion now

Do you need to wait for checklist? If not, I would send it to them right away or else you are just wasting time.

Just wait for the checklist dude. Read it fully and follow the instructions there. If they say your case is COMPLETE and bring the form to the interview, do it the same way. Don't send it to NVC if they didn't ask you to. This will further delay the process.

@hardik03 what @hari29 said is true don't send the documents without the checklist that will definitely delay the process as I am one of the victim for that.

Thanks for your advice .. today 15days finish I didn't get email they said u receive within 10days

Why don't you ask for a Supervisor and if you are lucky you can talk to a supervisor and you can get the complete details about your case and moreover the supervisor can see all the information about your case. Try to speak with a supervisor and one tip is I tried at 12:20 EST and I got a chance to talk to the Supervisor twice so you can give a try too.

This tusday I called and one lady picked up my phone call after she said your your case under supervisor review after I said I called last week one lady told me you got checklist and you said now supervisor review after she said wait I will transfer your call after long wait one lady ans my question nicely. She told me in detail too and she said don't send documents in nvc

My interview was October 2,they ask for additional document I submitted October 6 , they updated case on October 7 till now still administrative processing ,when I submitted the document she told me to go after a week to pick up but I'm checking now visa not issue yet ,I guess I won't go just keep waiting

Samething what happen to me my interview is last sept.14 they requested for additional documents which is the joint sponsor, we submitted the documents oct.1 2015,my visa issued oct. 7 just keep on praying ur visa will be issued soon

Good I think the second person might be the Supervisor that talk to you and you should have asked for the case complete email from them.

Lot of times if you missing just 1 documents or correction then they will ask you to bring along at interview. I think in your case that looks like a possibility.
