I think you will talk to lawyer for birth certificate. .they knew how to get from ND how ..I recommend to you don't waste time for calling nvc.. talk to some nice lawyer

Thanks hardik03, I am waiting for the Checklist that the Customer representative said and till now I haven't received any checklist via email or in my Mail. I don't know how long does it take to get the checklist.

dont worry they says it will take 7 days but i got mine thru email in just 4 days.

I just called nvc today and the representative said there is no visa available for me...i just wanna scream out! I dont know how they work!

I just got off the phone with them. Same news - There is no visa available as yet. I don't think they've started scheduling as yet. I think I'll try again on Monday. They said they are still processing Nov 8 and before cases for July. I argued saying that people have already been scheduled for August, but she refused to believe me

So I just left it. will call again next week and hopefully be more successful with a better agent. Anyone else try to call?

I also argued with the representative i said some have already scheduled for august...i ask 2 times are you sure? And then she said yes there is no available visa yet...youre right munafn i think so they are not started scheduling for september...Lets call again on monday

Thanks watrejo, that's what I thought though but yesterday when I called the NVC they said unless until they have the completed form DS-260 they wont send the checklist for the AOS&IV documents that's what the customer representative said to me.

I will call them in the evening around 5 CST unless some one call early tomorrow and update here that their scheduling already started. Then I might call right a way.

I will around 4-5 EST evening......after my job....I think by that time if NVC has started interviews most of us should be able to know.....Good luck all waiting for interviews....
