Hi there. I'm about to file up for a k1 visa and after reading all the great material found in here I'm Left with 2 questions. Mind you she is in Cuba

1. Do I need to send a birth certificate of the beneficiary?.

2. If the beneficiary has never been married do I need to submit a never marriage certificate?.

No, that's needed at the interview.

2. If the beneficiary has never been married do I need to submit a never marriage certificate?.

No
