Any October filers still waiting?

I sent my K-1 paperwork in October 26th and was sent my NOA1 on November 3 and I am still waiting. Have they passed me by or are there other people still waiting too?

yes just like you i have a friend who is also ans oct filler's dont know how the flow of the process going on, as what ive know from my other friend who is also filling in oct have already a schedule of interview and medical?seems like a raffle draw once they pick up your stub name you will be the winner...my friend is still waiting until this time and she already receive a pre-interviw notice from USE MANILA...maybe good if you will contact them by phone so you will know some latest undate of your status...but i am ready sure you guys will be the next batch as of MAY...if not included in APRIL..just keep your faith and trust in god sooner or later it will come..just a little patient...god bless...

In my opinion because u get ur noa1 november so u might consider ur self as a a november filer..

If your NOA1 is from Nov then you'e a Nov filer.

Okay then, question amended. Any early Noevmber filers left? Have I been left behind? I have called USCIS but they have given me the pat response of they have 180 days to process the petition and to call back in May. I would give you my whole sob story and history but suffice it to say I have been waiting two years to get married and being passed by is just not a mental health option for me!!!!

I think there are a few early november filers waiting for the noa2 along with you. Do you have the email notifications on at the uscis site? If you enter the noa1 date in your timeline, it may give you a different date. Then again it may not. Good luck to you.
