Hey Dorder, Any update for the visa ?

We want to hear a good news :) :)

My documents has been delivered to the embassy and the original copy too

My wife and baby waiting to get the passport with the visa :) :)

02/24/2015 - NVC received documents

02/28/2015 - NVC Scan Date 02/24/2015

03/04/2015 - Received email from NVC to pay IV fee

03/04/2015 - IV fee paid 03/17/2015 - IV shows "PAID"

03/17/2015 - DS-260 filled and 30 business days for review

03/31/2015 Stupid Checklist :( " need to mark that I'm LPR")

In Mumbai consulate they are very strict with their rules because of security concerns. I would suggest you to follow the do & don't mentioned in the document.

Hey everyone,

Is any one has any idea of the CEAC update status

See two picture attached

Interview date was on July 7, 2015 and It was ready before and turned to Administrative Process after interview for doc required.

They already received the document required and I see Administrative Process still there but with update July 07, 2015 But the Status Ready shows update on July 10, 2015. Does it mean that they already complete the case and they will issue visa soon or what?

Also, When the will issue the visa what status will be shown? " Issued" ? or what?

Hey everyone,

It will show administrative processing untill the day when they actually print your visa. Once visa printed and shipped, it will change to issued untill then it will be same.

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

Hello guys.. Me and my baby was finished the interview last June 16th.. And the consul ask me to submit my Cenomar from NSO. That day also I went to NSO to request the copy then after that My husband called the US Embassy regarding my Cenomar then they told him they received my Cenomar last June 24th. Now our Visa case status is still on Administrative Processing. and still the Updated date is July 1,2015. Anybody knows about our case and how long it will be take.. Thanks! Your answer will be really much appreciated..

It will show administrative processing untill the day when they actually print your visa. Once visa printed and shipped, it will change to issued untill then it will be same.

Me and my baby was done in our interview last June 16.. until now I'm still waiting for our Visa! I'm always checking at Ceac.com It still on Administrative Processing!

When was your wife's interview? Is the consular officer asked her to provide additional docs?

Her interview was on July 07, 2015 and consular asked her to send another I-864 because baby born after case completed. Also we paid $325 for the child and filled another DS-260 for the child too.
